A quick suggestion, everytime when I have some problem with Bell, I call customer service. The first thing I want to know when I am answered by some agent is, what's your name, please give me the exact spelling of your first name, last name, your employee number, your extension number, and your manager's name. Then I talk my problem after taking down all these info. You will find the agent turns to be very polite to you and tries to help you to solve the problem a.s.a.p.
