You qualify for the Loans and Bursaries Program if:
You are a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
You are or are deemed to be residing in Québec at the time of your application.
You have been or will be admitted to a designated (recognized) educational institution.
You are or are considered a full-time student in a recognized program.
You have received financial assistance for less than the maximum number of terms of eligibility.
You have not reached the debt limit applicable to your level of education, type of degree or program.
You do not have sufficient financial resources to pursue your studies.
