我有台车,今年2月上安省车牌时刚做过SAFETY CHECK 和 EMISSION CHECK.
1\现在想卖车, 要再做一次SAFETY CHECK 和 EMISSION CHECK 吗?
2\能否告知:卖车的具体流程和手续如何?

YOu will need the following
- emission test report
- safety certificate
- Used vehicle information pacakge of your vehicle
- Signed ownership
- Bill of sale
The emission test report is good for one year; therefore, you can use the same test report to tranfer ownership within one year.
You will need to do the safty test again, the safety test report is only good for one month.
You also will need to obtain a Used Vehicle Information Pacakge (you will need your car's VIN number) from the Ontario Driver & Licensing Office. It will cost you some money. This Used Vehicle Information Package contains information about your vehicle, regarding owners, accidents, liens, and etc..
The Bill of sale is a piece of paper containing information about the vehicle's VIN, vehicle's make & model, buyer's name & signature, owner's name and signature, and the selling price.
