i do agree tho, that 5000ms for players in china is completely normal. they were getting 4000+ms delay in OB which is far better than retail in terms of network conditions.
As for the question of changing server or no, i think Mannoroth is getting better and better, and will be since people who are more impatient than others are migrating to new servers.
lvl 16 to most of us is not a lvl where we could get in one day, and i for one do not want to go through the same process for my warlock again.
