yeah that's what i realize

nobody in this game ever will lose lvl....
so in the end everyone's the master of everything at 60 with the best equip.

so what's the challenge other than time...
cuz i was comparing this
UO VS. WOW
it's different but if you look at the complexity of the profession tree for UO and the things you can do OTHER than killing....
it's much more of a world there

WOW seems to be just kill and slay.. though it is more fun it's no challenge to stay alive cuz you wouldn't really care.... even your equipment don't dissapear due to wearoff..... they should break.. cuz you can't keep fixing stuff OVER and OVER again
well, WoW's made out to be an easy and entertaining game - and there is much more to it than just hack and slash. Have you tried fishing yet? cooking? the secondary professions r fun to play with. Exploring the myths and mysterious issues in the world is also quite a nice touch. also the fun of the gameplay lies in end game pvp and group work in large instances.
And i am strongly against the idea of losing lvls/equips after u die, i don't got all day to just work back all the exp lost due to an unforseen spawn right by u.
