好象这都是老掉牙的说法了吧, 好象是八十年代回去的留学生这样来比较中外父母的差别的.
如果有条件, 谁的父母不希望孩子即幸福,快乐又体面聪明? 看看出来的中国父母, 大多数是随孩子的意志, 很少会让孩子为自己去圆梦.

Are you sure many Chinese parents now think the way you are describing? I hope that's true and believe that many more parents realize this and is moving towards this direction.
