I have called the school and expressed my angry. The receiptionist said principle is talking to frank's mother regarding "apology"

I asked her to tell principle:

1) This is a very serious incident towards minority student.
2) I demand written apology from these student's parents
3) I demand suspending these students for couple of weeks for punishment.
4) These students's parents should compensate.
