I watched a documentary about how badly a white Canadian girl in Winnepeg was bullied and physically abused in a public high school. It was horrible: she was beaten up, slapped, pushed, spitted on, kicked, called all sort of names to a point where polic officer patrol the school on a regular basis. You'd be surprised on how little school administration is willing to do to stop bullying in this country.
