I was looking all over for this post, and only found out that it's been stuck on top.

Conan, was it hard to stuff the sausage casings? It took us about 2 hours to stuff only about 5 lbs of sausages, the casings are so thin, so easy to get ruptured. Is there any trick or tips?
没有工具一开始做起确实很难,熟悉后会快些,肠太薄,可以试试泡的时间短点,肠就会厚些.非常抱歉,很多我都说不出具体数据,只是自己做多了,凭经验在操作.
