you need to decide which province will be your primary resident.
If you choose Ontario, then bring all the forms from work/bank... it doesnt matter where you employ or school, but your place of residence.
If you want, I have the income tax service. If you buy the software, it could cost you like 30-40$ but now you can paid only $15 for the basic family. $30 for high income or $10 individual! What a deal!
