我想问一下,这种事情算严重的吗??我用找律师吗??
事情是这样的,我们去年7月份的时候从minto的房子搬出来,然后今年2月份才给我们打电话说要罚钱,说地毯脏,我就是很不明白,就算要是不干净你要换的话也提前告诉我一下啊,哪怕我去给你买了换上,总比他门便宜的多,说是罚款1700多.
不知道大家有什么经验或是建议,现在比较着急,不知道事情的严重性

Are they (Minto) sent you a lawyer letter (issued by lawyer) or just a regular letter from the office saying that if you don't pay for the damage, then they will take you to court?
