Just show up on the day of your choice, and bring the signed waiver (available at the stores).

"I've made some good friends here," says Christine Villeneuve, one of the moms who got into strollercising by asking Boomerang Kids staff about fitness programs. "It really breaks the isolation just having other women to talk to. When you have a baby, you suddenly don't have as much in common with your friends from before and you need to find new friends...this is a good way to do it."
