I believed the price might be going down soon (not any more), but even it does, it is not going to be much. Think about 2 facts. The price of building material has gone up a lot (30-40%). The cost of land has gone up a lot. The cost of building a new home is so much more than it was 4,5 years ago, combining the low interest rate. It will be so difficult to see the price drop like 30-40%. I do not see this happening any time soon.
