crack可以在endunit外墙看到,一直延伸到地下,看起来不宽, 屋主对crack也作了一些处理.可以看到crack是涂了一些东西上去.

Ask the owner why s/he did that. Most new houses have warranty but if the owner fixes the problem him/herself, the warranty would be void. Don't put your money on something suspicious. Hope this is not too late.
