Hi,
I plan to buy a townhome. It asks extra $4500 for a end unit and extra $5000 for the lot premium. The lot is close to a park, but its back yard is standard and doesn't face the park. Is the price reasonable?

Extra 4500 for end unit is pretty much standard..meself never fancy park lot, too noisy in summer,especially if backyard faces it...
