My point is at such location, this 2 bathroom house is attractive(location, price...). But I need to get yourr oppinion about the disadvantages.

That is the reason of its attractive price.
Since most people like a master bedroom ensuit and at least two 4pc in a house. But A house should fit your own needs. If it fits you it is a good house.You may be able to add a shower in 2pc, this will make it more attractive.
