When you build the house, you have to upgrade the exhausting vent though otherwise even if you have a powerful Sakura, it won't help at all.
You need at least a 6" exhausting vent to use Sakura range hood. There's a Vancouver store that you can order different models of Sakura. There's no PST, so it kinda covers the shipping cost
