Yes, you should find your own inspector. But at my experience, the inspector always will miss some not big or small things. My inspector told me,he would only be able to check big things like foundation.. There was not enough time for him to check eveything.I agree since the inspection only lasts about 3 hours. And I would let some small things go if I have a good price.
