We also use cellular network monitoring. It's provided by Bell. It's going to cost more than using phone line though, but in many areas, phone line can easily be cut by the robber and the monitoring station won't poll very often so they might not know until very late.
Try this company, they have the cellular module and monitoring service and the owner and his son are both very nice persons
