Police has basic rights to shot here in Canada. No question on that. Before you even get close to hit the police, you are dead in Canada. The regulation of the police requires him/her to shot you in the chest. You are talking nonsense. The luckest case for someone is that he is bare handed to attack police and be paper sprayed. That's when the police is extra kind and do not shot you.
