If for fun, you should catch and release. Or takes picture and release it. I see you keep them all, so I think you must keep them for food.

I am not sure what kind of poulltion the river or lake in China have.
But in Western country, a lot of time the poulltion is related to Heavy Metal, these thing goes into human body can't go out. It stay in your body until the posion level enough to kill you. Or it could cause some other problems/sickness to huamn body.

Usually the fish you catch in the city is not as safe to consume.
Or you only allow to consume certain amount in a period of time so that you don't have food posioning.

Did you read the fish consumion hand book from the ministary of ....?
It tell you how much you can consume in a week.
