GO or STAY ??? Help

My daughter was accepted by Columbia University ( one of Ivy League) for 2007. She hesitate to take this offer. This offer became only choice in US because she applied early decision. ( once the school give you offer, if you reject it you can’t get in any other school in US ). I don’t have any idea about she should go or stay in Canada ( for sure she would get in best program/university in Canada) ?

What are advantages and disadvantages ?

I really want hear from you some advice. I need you help.

You should ask your daughter, she is old enough to make such decision. If you are trying to make such an important decision for her, what if she regrets later and complains you for the rest of her life?
