首先，将楼上的SHOWER 的下水孔重新换过。我的是让修的人用胶封住了。然后，在楼下的CEILING 上开一个孔，把湿透的部分切掉。在里面用螺丝固定上
木板。在找一块和开的孔一样大的DRYWEALL补上（用螺丝固定在木板的露出的部分。然后，挂腻子，砂纸磨，油漆。就完成了。大约20CND。 如果请HANDYMAN 也不会超过100CND。

It is not so easy to fix it. My friend hired someone do the same job to open up around 2 square feet ceiling of livingromm, cost $1,400. I have almost the same problem now in my house, leaking shower in upstairs bathroomroom and damage the ceiling of downstairs livingroom, and I haven't decided what to do. It makes me really headace. (In addition, if the seller did not use the bathroom for a while before inspection, there was almost no way for the inspector to find out the problem. Feel sorry for your situation).
