Heard a lot good reviews about Song from friends. Then I got 2 houses that inspected by Song recently. He's so good and worked on all the details that really surprised me (I had one experience with another inspector 5 yrs ago.). My agent (to buy the house) also asked Song's contact# and wanted to recommend to her clients. She said that usually she saw other inspectors spend less than half the time that Song 's on inspection and always say "everything is OK".
And a lot of more informations and recommendations about how to take care your house from Song are so important to us and greatly appreciated. Of cause, he is very nice to his customers.
