As far as I know, high schools do not offer French Immersion program.

The Late French Immersion program is offered for grade 7 and grade 8 students. (not high school students)

If you look for the public school with good French immersion programs (early, middle or late), you may look at Katimavik (Kanata), Kanata Lake and Beaverbrook (Kanata). The Katimavik Public School and Stephen Leacock Public School are good.
