Usually, the time is in late March after the snow is gone.
(Xiangcai) can be planted in 3 or more times per year. In canada is 2 or more.
(Lajiao) is only once per year.
I think watering is the key.
Most of the time we watered too much, so they died.
We did not put other things, just water them. That is enough for all the plants. They are in the high building. If it is in a garden, it should be much better.
