住在加乡，能问你买的是townhouse还是single吗？在哪个区？我也有打算买urbandale的房子，目前考虑的有bridlewood和kanata lake将要开发的新区，但不知道这两个新区现在是否已经开盘了。

Urbandale's Kanata Estates's site will be delayed to April 24, they just could not make this site ready. And according to the sales lady, its Bridlewood site will be open soon, but I really don't know how they define "soon"..
Some information for your reference. I happen to have Urbandale's price list dated March 2006. At that time, in average, same model (44" or 50" lot) in Kanata Lakes (Walden Village) is about 50K more compared with the one in Bridlewood (Pine Hills). I believe the difference between above two new sites will be less this year. ..
