Just keep in mind, whenever you sign the agreement, you lose all your bargain oppotunities. Urbandale is hard to bargain with (I bought my first house from them and failed bargaining with them, so don't ask me how), but I did hear some successful stories even though very few.
Urbandale is a good builder- very good after-sales services. I know this from my own experience...
