I do not know how old is your child. However, there are some schools, especially language schools, which offer daycare.
Another choice is that you can find someone who can take care your child for 1 or 2 hour a day( this may cost you a liitle bit money), so you can go out.
If you have a friend who can take care your child, you can take some time off . Next time you help to take care of her child, so she can have the time off too.
That is what I did when my son was young.
