The other lot available is 35 O'hara. It is located in Hardwood Eastate, a very nice, quite and matural subdivision, with back yard facing south, partial treed 2 acres.

One of the lot is just sold and to be built in 2008. The model is Varadero III, which is the revised model based on Varadero II built on McCord Drive.
There are some comments on why build in rural,
1. You will have much bigger lot than the city.
2. You have more privacy, but with larger windows on four sides of the house
3. The environment is better than the city, quite, away from traffic; clean air, close to nature, etc.
4. You pay lower on property tax.
5. You can build customized home, which is unique and not the same as your neighbours.
