Sorry for hijacking the thread, but a couple of my shingles just fell off from the roof, do I need roofing contractors to do the job or can I fix it myself and how? It's at the very top of a 2 storey house, so I figure I'll need a ladder that can reach that high? Thanks.
Note: Also, the house is only 6 years old, isn't the roof still covered under warranty?

I think the shingles manufacturer covers the shingles, but not the labour, and it sounds like a bad installation in your case, so maybe talk to the builder.
