I hope you mean "ottawa Citizen" or "Sun"...I hope what you mean are not those Chinese community newspaper...our target market should be those Local Canadian...not chinese-Canadian...If you are planning to post only in "中华导报" "健康时报" those chinese community newspaper..personally I think your strategies are not correct...It's more important now to let Local Canadian know the "Tibet facts" via different media. Of course, if it's free for those postings in those Chinese newspaper, I agree: the more, the better. But with limited funds, you should use it more efficiently.
