I had planned to sue the garage, but after a while I felt it's not worth the time and energy for this. Just feel very bad that I let him loose.
Do you think the garage will care of the 消委会? Accturally I called
The Consumer Protection Branch of the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services and they said that I need to send the garage a registered letter asking for the refund and if they didn't do anything they will do some mediation.
I don't know how much they can do so I haven't sent the letter yet.
According to your experience, maybe I shall have a try.
I really hate the guy's attitude once they screw up my car. The guy is the owner.
