最近选新家的upgrade，真是不问不知道，一问吓一跳！其他的就不说了，光是地毯的upgrade就要4，5千刀，后来实在下不去手，designer提议光upgrade underpad，就是地毯下面的那一层，就那样也要1100（房子只有地下室和第2层是地毯，面积约700平方英尺）大家帮我出出主意到底要不要加这个？
还有就是designer提议在冰箱周围做一个类似门套的东西，据说可以让冰箱从侧面看disappear，要加$830，也有点狠不下心，大家给点建议吧  |
underpad is worth to upgrade, which will be much more comfortable & durable.
If that's fridge gable, the builder charged too much, mine is less than 300...... it does bring an integrated feeling in the kitchen, but not a must have if you are really tight on budget.
