请教：cibc的fees and commissions好像比TD低

我是个新手，请指点一下：cibc的fees and commissions（$25 per trade for market orders of 1,000 shares of any Canadian or U.S. stock ）好像比TD低，可是我觉得这里很多人在用TD。

为什么呢？你们行家是根据什么选择的呢？多谢！

But you have spent at least US$10 every month, right?
It means you have to keep active trading and there are withdraw fees,etc. is that right?
