借人气问一下,,我注册了一个INCORPORATION, 是否就要分别报个人税和公司税?
第一年注册公司, 也只是因为中介公司要求我注册公司,做了几个月的合同工.
现在, 报税都不知道从何处下手, 是应该买个报税软件,还是要请专业人士 ? 如果请会计,有没有人推荐,服务好, 价钱低 ? ?

一个简单问题,如CPP应在何处交? ?

如果注册公司, 现在又结束了合同工作, 开始以个人身份做EMPLOYEE, 收入跟以前自己注册的公司无关,如果自己注册的公司不关闭,一旦失业,是否可以领EI ? 　觉得好复杂啊．　

也是没办法, 中介公司要求必须注册INCORPORATION. . .

-> If your corporation does not generate revenue (and income to you), you can still apply for EI benefit.

I don't get what you mean, but if you have no employment income, then you won't have paid any EI premium, so you won't be eligible for EI benefits.

However, if you are currently employed with a job that requires EI premium, and at the same time, you also own shares of a corporation that does not generate any income, you are still eligible for the EI benefits for losing your current employment.

1. If your corporation does not generate revenue, you may or may not allow to claim any expense (or cost) of your corporation. To confirm whether you can claim expense related to your corporation or not, you'd better to get the advice from your accountant.

2. You receive EI benefit and how much you receive are depended on your earnings during unemployment period. The "Service Canada" government web site provides the definition of earnings at Employment Insurance(EI) and the various types of earnings
. Check for the details there.. It is the official government site.
