基本上是买了后就只能硬着头皮买下去了。好处我不知道。卖的人能挣一大笔钱。

there are some tax benefits for high income, and also other benefits for ppl have own business. But now we have new tax saving account, it is not quite useful anymore unless you are really high income and have a lot of cash to put in.
