What do you think about Spring Ridge, Orleans (Tomehome with Richcraft)?

Just gotten back from there. I noticed no progress at all in selling townhome (phase 2) since the past month, which seemed like no popular over there. I can't figure out why. Is anybody familiar with the location?

Orlean is mostly French speaking.
Most new home buyers are new immigrates and most of them don't speak French. You get the picture now.
