How to invite parents come to Canada?

I am planning to invite my parents come to Canada next year and I am wonder if anyone can help me. Do I need to write two invitation letter, one in English, one in Chinese? Are two invitation letter sending to Canada immigration? Or one sending to China? If anybody can share the experience how to write the letter of invitation, I'll appreciate.
