I get the case ID through Olympus us web, but I can't find any dealer selling such case, even in Toronto.

I have already been the shop you mentioned, but they also don't sell such stuffs. One more question:

Do you buy the 3-year futureshop warranty? If I don't buy that, which shop responsible for the 1 year warranty in Ottawa, as the sales guy in futureshop, mentioned that if I don't buy their warranty, I should ship it to somewhere by myself, seem the service place is not in ottawa.

BTW, the sales guy mentioned if only if I buy the warranty, he will give one 64M card for free, and 20$ for futureshop D photo print.

Pls pass me your good suggestions!

不清楚哪里可以买到保，我就是看到O的网站上说我提到的几个DEALER，我买了3年的WARRANTY，因为买3年，我的128M的卡打了5折，后来算算，60多一点儿买3年，还合算吧，维修我也不知道往哪寄，但买了三年就可以送到FUTURE SHOP去让他们管，这个我肯定，而且SALES说如果有问题买3年一个月就可以修好，修不好还给个备用的，如果没有的话就可能修3个月。当然这都是SALES的话不可全信。要免费64M卡还不如多花60多买个128M的，因为我上周照郁金香，一天照了90张，要不是中间回家倒了次照片，128M都不够呢
