besides "夏天晚上出去摄影一定要穿长衣长裤啊", I reall hope you can learn more from this photo.

here are my opinion:
1> you got the tone right. I really like the color tone of your photo. It contribute to the feel that you tried to achive.
2a> "我从山东来" was right, you need foreground.
2b> If you have no foreground, I would rather like the horizon to be at 2/3 of the frame, so there would be more sky, and the city and trees to be in the center of the frame. looks more balanced.
3> you need to work on the lights. they are too many of them, and the bridge lights ruined this photo.

You don't have to agree with me though.
