很多软件都可以呀，photoshop就不说了，office带的工具有一个是图片处理的，那个也可以。因为我看这种效果就是用滤镜做出来的，不是很难。

not exactly,cowboy.actually there are two MS-sw in my computer can be used to process image,but I seledom use it.one is the office tool photo editor and the other one is Microsoft picture it.the 1st one can be used as a simple image processing tool,it's function is similar to a software in digital camera package,but some efect filters r convenience for those who is a newcomer in this field or just for fun.if u want to get a beautiful picture from ur original photo,or there r some deficiences on the photo and u want to erease,it is far not enoughan ,and not to speak to fulfil the higher level use.as to the 2nd one, it is only a card or album produce or editor tool. a lot of special fatures made it a cool software for both of persanal and business.it's brush is realy good.unfortunatly,it could not be used as a perfect image processing software too.IMO,thre only two that things-Adobe Photosop and Corel Draw,both of them r a sw packge.
as to the processing ,I agree with cowboy,it's easy.why not?u need not to do hard software programming work,u just use,that is all.the most importent is patience and careful.of couse,getting familiar with the sw and having a little of vision knowlege r needed as well.

okey,u r right!不过对于初学来说用photoshop这类专业软件会比较难上手！
看来你挺喜欢这东西的呀，有机会切磋切磋呀！photoshop我学的一般，因为那软件太专业，专业的并不是它对图片的处理，而是对于图片的制作。
我有一套很好的photoshop教程，是pdf文件，就是大了点，所以没敢传上来。

JERRY: 你这种效果是用那种FILTER做出来的?

实际上很难通过单一滤镜得到满意的效果。滤镜只是图像处理过程中的一种工具，为得到希望的效果必须采用多重处理，往往要各种手段兼施，可能要建立几个图像层，最后以某一模式叠加，也可能需要利用掩模只对局部加工，有时转换图像的模式，等等。就象烧菜，加入各种不同辅料和调料，可以烧出不同口味，但若想好吃，色香味具佳，就必须有极精细的配方和恰好的火候，如名厨所为。这里的要点是，对不同的照片使用同样的手段，未必获得同样效果，因为一些工具对图像的细节、色调、色度、亮度、灰度等敏感。就象想吃红烧肉，不能按鱼香肉丝的做法去做。我的那幅卡那上的溜冰人一，用了模式转换，使之变为两色，用了边沿滤镜得到轮廓，用了锐化、噪声调节轮廓和背景到满意，然后拷并佩成不同层再相加。梗概就这么简单，或许要作色和光参数调节。本页所贴第一、二幅处理方法要复杂些，准确些说，是更繁琐些，但基本方法是相近的。我用英文版软件，上述词的译法是我自己的习惯，未必标准。这些处理方法在PHOTOSHOP和PHOTOPAINT里都有，可能名称不同，我不知你要用那种，所以没有用英文名称。希望上述能对你有帮助。
