Second one is: If you have BSc, MSc, and even PhD in a field obtained all in a foreign land, do you have to do the degree evaluation for all or just the highest degree (IE, PhD)?

SSN海关不可以办理．如果想拿到签证后立即申请，有关文件必须递交SSA Ogdensburg local office．

Don't bother applying credit card in US if you are not green card holder. Americans are getting absurd in recent years.

Oh he transferred his Amex credit history to US and got his first US credit card. Also many US banking cards can be used as credit cards, only they are not real credit cards.

Ya, just got my Amex blue.

Amex provides special program for Canadians in US. My 1st application was refused for the reason of "not enough credit score", in fact, it's the call center lady sent my application to the wrong category, although I claimed myself as existing customer and provided my card # in Canada. I called the service number again, re-direct my application, faxed my bank statement as prove of current address, then got the card in a week.

1)Should I change my dirve license(G2) in US after I arrive there?
2)My Drive license will expire in the end of 2005, should I come back to take G2 exit test?
3)How can I can to rent a car in US? currently I only have canada credit card.
