SSN海关不可以办理．如果想拿到签证后立即申请，有关文件必须递交SSA Ogdensburg local office．

我是上班之后一个星期才去申请的，七天后就拿到了SSN，等待时间不象传说中的那么长，从法律上说非法工作了两个星期．具体情况可能因人而异．

I don't believe that this is the correct assumption.

Often times, your work experience and how relevant this experience is to your prospective employer's job responsibilities have a lot to say on whether or not your TN (on computer systems analyst) will be granted.

已阅读前边的帖子，感觉很有帮助，但我有几点不明白：
1。办TN签证时是否需要在加拿大的相关工作经验证明（雇主的推荐/证明信），前边没有人提到这个问题。本人加拿大某大学计算系Master毕业。

2。在申请TN签证时是否需要填写在加拿大的工作经验？

3。来不及办理official transcript， 从学校出的non-official transcript 是否可以作为证明（supporting documents）。

4。本人没做过Computer System Analyst，如果Custom Officer 要我presentation，怎么过关？愁！

我刚刚拿到offer letter，但是job title 却是“software engineer”。
本人2005年初计算机硕士毕业（加拿大），2000年初得到Graduate Diploma Certificate。

这个job title能申请吗？

Just apply online and got a job.

BTW: NO more H1B for next year in case you are Chinese citizen
