关于在美国实习的签证问题

各位好，在美国找到了一份co-op的工作。我本身是国际学生。
现在不知道该申请什么类型的签证，咨询过co-op office，未果。
经过筛选，目标落定在H1B或H3身上。
H1B的介绍：Temporary Worker of Distinguished Merit and Ability Other than Nurse
H3:Trainee

H1B is for experienced professionals, I don't think co-op students would be qualified. This year's quota is run out anyway.

Is the quota only for H1B?
Or you mean the quota is run out for ANY type of workers/trainees?
Should I apply for H3 instead?
The offer I got starts from Jan 06. Should next year's quota starts to be effective for my case?

Sorry for the confusion, the quota I was saying is for H1B, "this year" means "this fedaral fiscal year". If my memory serves me well, fiscal year starts from April 1st.

As I've said, H1B requires professional experience, even new grads may not be able to get it, let alone co-op students. Don't think you can get it.
