如果我有往返机票, 但是是 上海->Ottawa->上海, 从国内来时已用掉了前一半. 再从Ottawa去上海时, 只有单程未用了, 而且持加拿大护照. 会怎么样呢?

没人理你，除了入境官员会在你的护照上郑重地盖上第一个入境章。

For those of you who are indeed Canadian Citizens, let's go over the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, Subsection 6(1):

Every citizen of Canada has the right to enter, remain in and leave Canada.

And there's no additional conditions on this. So if anyone, including Air Canada, refuses your right of leaving Canada for any reason - e.g., without round-trip ticket - you may want to seek legal actions.

At the mean time, get a round-trip ticket and leave.

Coz most people don't expect their beloved China could be that picky.

What about going to other countries? Not China? Still need a round-trip ticket?

我roommate就是在机场被查到，被迫买了返程回加拿大的机票，到上海又退了。。。。

What I know is you have to refund where you bought the ticket.How come he bought in Canada and refund in ShangHai?

我那天去阳光买单程机票，他们告诉我的确有这种问题，我因为比较着急，加航没有了，我只好买了美联航的机票，明天给他们的客户服务打个电话，问问不就清楚了吗？

今天我给加航打电话，他们说如果持有加籍护照的人回国，必须要双程机票才可以登机。他们说这是中国政府的规定，还给我念了一大段。等我给中国大使馆打电话的时候，他们说根本就没有类似规定。还是美联航比较好，他们说不care. 看来将来最有坐联航了！实在是没有心思跟加航argue,只是让大家知道就好了。

我是2005年10月持北京-加拿大-北京机票(从加国出发,相当于单程吧),用加国护照离加的,没有任何问题
