I am a PostDoc from China. I am not new immigrant. I hear that i do not need to pay income tax. Is it sure? Where can i find the relative arguement document. Thx!!

Depending upon what kinds of income you are earring in Canada. If you are not a Canadian PR and have scholarships/fellowships, you can get tax exempted according to Treaty 19 unless Revenue Canada has changed its policy now.

Thanks. How can I process this with Treaty 19 (I have download the tearty, but i cannot understand it well). I know there are some special companies or groups can do the tax deal. Where can i find them. Thx again.
