我的宝宝总是偏向一边睡,所以四个月的时候头明显一边扁.我就每天盯着她睡觉.把她的头往另外一边挪.坚持了一个多月初见成效.不过非常累人.睡好头型主要是要宝宝两侧平均睡.

用一个枕头之类的东西顶住他的后背，让他只能朝一边侧身睡。要是骗得太厉害了，就带一种小头盔，我见过有的孩子带过，估计是医生给的。要是都不行，就只能像上面说的，经常给他纠正，累就累点吧，总比以后像这样做都不管用得好。

今天早晨的NewRO节目介绍如何纠正FLAT HEAD，如果不严重的话，可以两边睡，抱着的时候用让baby趴在你肩上的姿势，每天还要有30min的tummy time（让baby趴着）。 the purpose is to relase pressure.
If it is a serious problem, then you can go to CHEO, they provide this flat head treatment.
