Your baby will be Canadian because the fact he/she is born in Canada! You'll get a set of forms and registration packages from the hospital, and the hospital will assign you your baby's OHIP card #, then you send in the official form to receive her official OHIP card, this one comes fairly fast! You also need to register your baby with the gov't, and apply for child benefits, which I am still waiting for the reponses.
