我想温哥华应该有免费的中文产前班吧，因为那里中国人挺多的，你不妨问问华人的服务机构吧。

I went to pre-natal class in Somerset Community Centre (Chinese) two years ago. It was free (free to everybody no matter the family income is low or high). I don't know the situation now. Contact Mrs. Ye there.

It's not free.I paid $30 about 3 yrs ago,and my friend just learned this year,she paid $36.
